Twistori - completely mesmerising “social experiment”. Using data taken from Summize, Twistori tracks 6 words: Love, Hate, Think, Believe, Feel and Wish. The result? Possibly a squillion jumping off points for a budding author.
A perfect example: “Smack talk in office is escalating. I believe it is now officially ‘on.’”

TwitterSnooze - inspired by this post by Merlin Mann, TwitterSnooze lets you temporarily “hit the snooze button” on people you are following on Twitter. You can select the length of time you want to stop following and whether or not you want to announce the fact via a Tweet.
- It’s a good tool to avoid a blast of tweets from a conference you are not attending… just snooze the conference goers for a few days.
- It’s a nice way to get back at someone for saying something stupid… give them the silent treatment ;)
- It’s a good way to ignore someone that just flooded your timeline for no good reason… but it was just a one-time offense and doesn’t merit permenant unfollowing.
Note that once you un-snooze the person will be informed (so they will know you were temporarily ignoring them). Also your passwords are stored.

Twitter User Classify - Greasemonkey script based on Evan Prodromou’s Twitter scale:
new scale: 1:5 = twittercaster, 1:2 = notable, 1:1 socially healthy, 2:1 newbie or social climber, 5:1 twitter spammer.
The script simplifies working all this out by adding a coloured bar to the top of the screen indicating the type of Twitter user you are viewing.

bkkeepr - I like this one a lot! Keep track of and share your reading lists. Follow bkkeepr and update by sending them a reply or direct message. You will need to include the ISBN and the word “start” or “begin” to indicate that you have started reading, e.g. “@bkkeepr ISBN begin”. When you’re done reading Tweet “@bkkeepr ISBN finish”. There are also instructions for bookmarking pages and making notes. The bkkeepr site displays your Tweets with bookcovers! You also get your own bkkeepr page, see mine at http://bkkeepr.com/people/infobunny

Twitter Blacklist - Greasemonkey script based on Earle Martin’s Twitter Blacklist which “intends to gather a list of all the spammers and morons who either try to use the service to promote their nonsense products/websites or simply just are attention addicts.” The Twitter Blacklist script will display a warning message at the tops of the pages of those users who have been blacklisted.

TwitterIgnore - is a Greasemonkey script that “lets you hide Twitter tweets from a definable list of users without actually unfollowing them - so you can selectively ignore people for periods of time without them being any the wiser - thus avoiding any potential awkwardness.” If it works it’s really rather clever.

Twitter Twerp Scan - this is kind of cool, a rule of thumb type thing: “It’ll get the first 100 people from your contact list and checks the number of their followers, the number of people they are following, and the ratio between those. If the person is following more than 1000 people, and has a Following-to-Followers ratio higher than 1:1, you might want to consider blocking them.”
