TwitterSnooze - inspired by this post by Merlin Mann, TwitterSnooze lets you temporarily “hit the snooze button” on people you are following on Twitter. You can select the length of time you want to stop following and whether or not you want to announce the fact via a Tweet.

• It’s a good tool to avoid a blast of tweets from a conference you are not attending… just snooze the conference goers for a few days.
• It’s a nice way to get back at someone for saying something stupid… give them the silent treatment ;)
• It’s a good way to ignore someone that just flooded your timeline for no good reason… but it was just a one-time offense and doesn’t merit permenant unfollowing.

Note that once you un-snooze the person will be informed (so they will know you were temporarily ignoring them). Also your passwords are stored.
